Добрый день, уважаемые переводчики и любители языка. Помогите, пожалуйста, грамотно перевести фразу "... one [cannot help noticing] the broad similarity..." в следующем контексте. Что-то я немного запутался :)

It should be mentioned at the outset that the legal framework provided by
the C C R F to regulate gift broadly echoes the approach taken in other civil law
jurisdictions. Indeed, with the exception of the rules on charitable giving, one cannot help noticing the broad similarity of this regime with the law found in the author's jurisdiction, as set out in the Civil Code of Quebec.

cannot help verb+ing: быть не в состоянии что-то не сделать / чему-либо помешать/воспрепятствовать

в обиходе: cannot help ... = не мочь не ...
