Уважаемые коллеги,
прошу высказать мнение относительно перевода сабжа как «доступный объем финансирования» (вариант с ПроЗ)

контекст: Facility agreement

"Available Commitment" means in relation to the Bank at any time, subject to any reduction or save as otherwise provided herein, the Commitment less the aggregate of the Advance which is then outstanding and any amounts cancelled, repaid or prepaid under the terms hereof, provided that such amount shall not be less than zero;

"Available Facility" («Доступный кредит») means at any time, the Available Commitment at such time;

"Commitment" («Обязательство» ) means the Facility Amount as reduced in accordance with the terms hereof;

commitment - это зарезервированная сумма, размер кредитного обязательства, которое принял на себя кредитор
можно написать
остаток зарезервированной суммы

пояснение + вариант ответа:
Available Commitment =
Доступный, неиспользованный, имеющийся в наличии объём финансирования / кредитования (на данный момент времени) для конкретного банка.

Вы считаете, что правильнее будет употребить выражение "остаток зарезервированной суммы"?
т.е. вариант «доступный объем финансирования» искажает смысл исходника?

и еще маленький вопрос:
funds contracted for = ?..

...and the Borrower shall further pay to the Bank on demand such additional amount as may be necessary to compensate the Bank for any costs, losses or expenses, incurred or to be incurred by it as a result (including, without limitation, all costs, losses and expenses on account of funds acquired, contracted for or utilised to make, fund or maintain the amount so repaid.

On the giving of such notice by the Borrower, the Bank's obligations to the Borrower hereunder shall be terminated and the Available Commitment shall reduce to nil.

я не знаю, как сейчас пользоваться поиском, но перевод всех Ваших фраз есть в архиве, прям-таки помню, как про contracted for писала
