Subject: media spread budget. Добрый день.Помогите, пожалуйста, разобраться вот с этим предложением, вернее, со 2 частью предложения, начиная с 1,3 % of the actual expenditures: The AGENCY shall receive for its services under this Agreement a fee net of any indirect taxes (VAT etc) 1,3 % of the actual expenditures by HENKEL from the media spread budget of HENKEL for the Brands within the Countries named in Annex 1 of ADDITIONAL AGREEMENT as of December 20th, 2010 to the CONTRACT. Смущает media spread budget. Что это такое? Заранее спасибо. |
