Subject: neckloops, silhouettes and roomloops
Дорогие коллеги,

помогите, пожалуйста, перевести эти три термина в следующем контексте:
The Auto Telecoil also allows your patients to automatically connect to a variety of signal sources including neckloops, silhouettes and roomloops, like those found in schools and movie theatres.
Речь идет о слуховых аппаратах.

Заранее большое спасибо!

Neckloop
A neckloop is one type of loop. It is a necklace-size loop of wire that can be plugged into an ALD or ALS receiver, a radio, TV, some computer speakers and some telephones. It is then worn around the neck of someone who has a hearing aid with a telecoil.

The neckloop generates a weak magnetic signal that can be "heard" by the telecoil and amplified by the hearing aid. A neckloop and telecoil are the interface of choice of many hearing aid users.

A neckloop is convenient because it:
Can drive both hearing aids (not with true stereo, but with a mono signal into both aids).
Does not require wires running up the neck to the hearing aid(s), and can even be worn under a shirt or jacket.

Other loops can be used to generate the magnetic signal, too:
room loop
silhouette

Another alternative to a hearing aid's microphone as the input device is the Direct Audio Input (DAI).

Room Loop
A room loop is one type of loop. It is a large loop of wire that can be plugged into an ALS or amplifier, a radio, TV, some computer speakers and some telephones.

It can be permanently installed under the floor, in the ceiling, around a baseboard, or around an area in a room, or it can be temporarily placed around any area where people with hearing aids containing a telecoil might be.

The advantage of a room loop is that it can support as many people with telecoils as can fit within the loop, and all will be able to hear the broadcast audio through their telecoils. Properly designed room loops can support relatively large rooms, but generally are limited to just a portion of very large spaces like auditoriums or theaters.

The room loop generates a magnetic signal that can be "heard" by the telecoil and amplified by the hearing aid.

Other loops can be used to generate the magnetic signal, too:
neckloop
silhouette

Silhouette
A silhouette is one type of loop. It is a small loop of wire embedded in a thin hook-shaped piece of plastic with a wire coming out of it that can be plugged into an ALD or ALS receiver, a radio, TV, some computer speakers and some telephones. It is hooked over the ear and nestles beside a BTE hearing aid with a telecoil.

Driven by an ALD, the neckloop generates a weak magnetic signal that can be "heard" by the telecoil and amplified by the hearing aid.

Silhouettes are available in mono (one silhouette) or stereo (two silhouettes) for people with two hearing aids.

Advantages of silhouettes over other loops are that:
Because they are close to the telecoil, their signal can be relatively low and still much stronger than (and therefore less susceptible to) most EMI (ElectroMagnetic Interference).
Because they stay aligned relative to the hearing aid, they are less sensitive to head position.

Other types of loops can be used to generate the magnetic signal, too:
neckloop
room loop
