Этот отрывок взят из нотариального документа, в котором подтверждается соответствие копии диплома оригиналу. Отрывок, к-й не могу перевести следующий: "holding a faculty to practise throughout England and Wales".Наверное, лучше иметь все прtдложение, чтобы понять смысл "To all to whom these presents shall come, I Edward Rogers of the city London, Notary Public by royal authority duty admitted, swarn and holding a faculty to practise throughout England and Wales, do hereby certify that the photographic copy hereunto annexed is a true copy of an original degree certificate, I having carefully collated and compared the said copy with the said original and found the same to agree therwith.
