Пожалуйста, помогите перевести и понять смысл: "In consideration of your paying the undersigned the balance and any additional interest standing to the credit of the deceased's account at your Bank without production of Grant of Probate / Letters of Administration ( neither having been obtained), the undersigned undertakes and agrees to indemnify you from and against all actions, proceedings, claims and demands which may be brought or made against you and all losses, costs, changes and expenses which you may incur or sustain either directly or indirectly by reason of your so paying the said sum and the undersigned declares that the net value of the said deceased's estate after payment of all debts does not exceed the sum of $10,000."Заранее благодарю! |
