Subject: Про ветчину Если кому несложно, посмотрите, пожалуйста, меня попросили перевести на русский кусочек (хм:) про ветчину, но вот эту фразу не могу понять никак:Fresh ham is selected by weight and quality with a Parma cut, very open toward the bone, this is to obtain a more uniform seasoning, especially in the 4 pieces boneless ham.
