контекст такой:

Вы перевели "обычно наша комиссия", а там "наша обычная комиссия" :)
CIF не стоит даже транслитеровать, не то что расшифровывать :)
ИМХО
Наша обычная комиссия составляет 5 процентов от CIF-овской стоимости по инвойсу. Мы осуществляем закупки от имени наших заказчиков, которым мы отправляем...<отчеты по расчетам????>

для меня "деловитость" письма (в стилистическом смысле) закончилась на "с i.f."

и, не цепляясь за буквы, лучше думаю будет "от суммы счета"...

Вряд ли «стоимость счета на условиях СИФ»
Все же на условиях СИФ обычно стоимость у товара.
