Подскажите, пожалуйста, как перевести в данном контексте Partnership items:
Unless specified otherwise in this Agreement, no member shall have priority over any other member with regard to the return of capital, the allocation of any Partnership items or the distribution of Partnership property.

я бы назвал это Статьи долевого распределения.

такими статьями являются income(loss), capital gain(loss), interest & dividends, deductions и т.п...... Т.е это статьи финансовых отчетов товарищества, показатели которых распледеляются между партнерами пропорционально их доли в капитале
