Споткнулась на этом разделе...

Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести некоторые предложения, или дайте ссылочку, где есть аналогичные договора на английском.

Если любое из таких обстоятельств(перечисляются форс-мажорные обстоятельства)непосредственно повлияло на выполнение обязательства в срок, установленный в настоящем договоре, то этот срок соразмерно отодвигается на время действия соответствующего обстоятельства.

Сторона, для которой создалась невозможность исполнения обязательства, обязана.......уведомить другую Сторону.....

.....другая Сторона будет иметь право расторгнуть настоящий Договор полностью или частично без обязанности по возмещению возможных убытков

Вторая фраза. The Party which is unable to fulfil its obligations (under this Contract) is to inform the other Party of the occurence...

Третья фраза. ...the other Party will have the right to cancel the Contract wholly or partially without the obligation to compensate eventual losses

Вот еще стандартные фразы из договора, можно использовать для \Вашего перевода:

1. The Parties shall be released from their responsibility for partial fulfillment or non-fulfillment of this Contract caused by generally recognized unforeseen circumstances like fire, flood, earthquake, war, provided such circumstances had a direct impact on fulfillment of contract obligations by the Parties.
