Банковская Гарантия возврата авансового платежа
В течение 15 (пятнадцати) дней, начиная с даты подписания Сторонами соответствующего приложения, Продавец обязуется предоставить Покупателю безотзывную Банковскую Гарантию возврата авансового платежа в размере 50% от стоимости Приложения, в размере и валюте, соответствующих платежу.
Банковская Гарантия возврата платежа должна быть открыта напрямую банком Продавца в пользу Покупателя, и становится действительной только при получении Продавцом Авансового платежа. Срок действия Банковской Гарантии возврата авансового платежа истекает не позднее 30 календарных дней с даты поставки.
Сумма Банковской Гарантии возврата авансового платежа будет уменьшаться автоматически и пропорциональными долями, равными стоимости Поставки соответствующего приложения и истекает по достижении нуля.

Advance payment bank guarantee

Within 15 (fifteen) days beginning with the date of signing of the corresponding Appendix. The Seller shall submit to the Buyer the Advance payment bank guarantee amounting to 50% of the Appendix value, corresponding to the Advance payment in amount and currency.
The Advance payment bank guarantee shall be issued directly by the Seller bank in favour of the Buyer and becomes valid only after the Buyer has received the Advanced payment. The period of the Advance payment bank guarantee expires no later than 30 calendar days after the date of the delivery.
The sum of the Advance payment bank guarantee decreases automatically and pro rata shares, equal to the value of the Delivery of the corresponding Appendix, and shall expire when (???) zero is reached (???).

ИМХО: The amount of the Advance payment bank guarantee shall be reduced automatically and proportionally according to the value of the corresponding Application delivery and expires upon reaching zero. (приложение, наверное, прикладная компьютерная программа?)
