Подскажите, пожалуйста, правильно ли я перевел фразу из договора

Русский текст - "В случае обнаружения любых повреждений (механических, химических и т.п.) поверхности Оборудования, эти повреждения фиксируются в акте приема-передачи Оборудования"

Мой топорный вариант "If any blemishes of the Equipment (mechanical or chemical or something like this) are found out they must be reflected in the transfer and acceptance act of the Equipment."

In case any mechanical, chemical etc. damages are revealed on the surface of the equipment, the same shall be recorded in the Acceptance Certificate/Act

Should any (mechanical, chemical, etc.) damages be found on the surface of Equipment they shall be recorded in the Equipment Acceptance Report.
