Contractor shall be responsible for the payment of all Taxes of whatever nature for which Contractor is liable arising from the Work by or on behalf of Contractor. Contractor shall comply with all statutory obligations to make deductions on account of such Taxes

Здесь Меня интересуют два момента:
1) arising from the Work by or on behalf of Contractor
