как тут лучше сказать, посоветуйте:

там на складе нашли при проверке кучу нарушений и составили отчет, намечены меры по исправлению. я теперь перевожу, чтоб успокоить хозяев, которые переживают

NOTE, it is not clear to me what is exactly prohibited:
chamber 1 + chamber 2 within 24 hr = BAD
chamber 1 + chamber 1 within 24 hr = OK?

The employee in question may contaminate different substances if he makes his sampling in more than one chamber (in fact 2 different antibiotics were intermixed because of his negligence)

(a) a restriction is introduced to prohibit any given employee
(b) any given employee is now prohibited to
take samples from any given chamber
within 24 hours of taking samples from any other chamber [by the same employee].

or, if it is just one person, then "any given employee" can be replaced with their name ;) but then it is not really "инструкции"
