Может быть, кто-то знает, как называется этот дефект на консервных (металлических или алюминиевых) банках:

“Veeing" и объяснение к нему:
vee="localized v-shaped deformation of the End Hook extending from the cut edge down toward the End Hook radius

подобная деформация именуется:
"Section of an end hook showing increasing degrees of *wrinkle* from left to right. The tightness of the different parts of the seam is shown by the figures which indicate the percentage of the end hook length which is not *wrinkled*"

Не знаю проф. терминологии. Но назвал бы это - морщины/складки, смарщивание кромки
