Credit against any cancellation penalties гостин.
In respect of additional rooms reserved by the company over and above the rooms specified in this contract (either during the reservation period or as an extension either before or after the reservation period), the hotel shall provide such additional rooms to the company on the same terms and conditions as set out in this Contract and credit such additional rooms against any cancellation penalties and/or unused rooms on the master balance (without prejudice to terms of this Appendix).

смысл, мне кажется, такой:
и включает неустойку при отказе от брони дополнительных номеров и/или оплату за неиспользованные номера в основной счет.

а мне кажется, что отель учитывает стоимость проживания в дополнительно заказанных номерах при расчете суммы неустойки за отказ от номеров и стоимости неиспользованных номеров, т.е. вычитает из общего счета, ИМХО
