решение Арбитражного суда принимается в Пекине (Китай) и приводится в исполнение в соответствии с Временным процессуальным регламентом вышеуказанной Комиссии, и решение, принятое Арбитражной комиссией, является окончательным и имеет обязательную силу для Сторон.
