Прошу помочь мне в переводе следующего отрывка. Очень интересует фраза NIL Materials.

Отрывок из Дистрибьюторского договора
Лицензиар дает Лицензиату право:
Print, publish, disseminate and otherwise use and permit others to use the approved likeness, biography, photos and other material provided by Licensor, including the name (both legal and professional, whether presently or hereafter used by the “Performer” as defined below) the (“NIL Materials”) for the purposes of trade, advertising, and other exploitations in connection with the sale and exploitation of the Masters. “Performer(s)” as used in this Agreement means any person whose musical, vocal or production services are embodied on the Masters. All material provided by Licensor to Licensee is deemed approved. All material provided by Licensor to Licensee may be edited to fit the format of the specific use without further approval from Licensor. Licensee shall have the right to grant Licensee’s Partners the right to use the approved NIL Materials as granted in this subparagraph.

В настоящем Договоре под термином «Исполнитель» подразумевается любое лицо, чья музыкальная, вокальная и производственная работа была направлена на создание Мастер-записей. Весь материал, предоставленный Лицензиаром Лицензиату, считается разрешенным. Без дополнительного одобрения со стороны Лицензиара весь материал, предоставленный Лицензиаром Лицензиату, может быть скорректирован для соответствия определенному формату специального применения. Лицензиат вправе предоставлять Партнерам Лицензиата право на использование разрешенных NIL Materials, как указано в данном подпункте.

Спасибо. Я тоже сначала думала так. А теперь сомневаюсь...В Договоре речь о передачи прав на распространение мастер-записей. Как это все связано с нанопечатной литографией не пойму...
