Subject: plasma concentration data did not allow for the estimation of AUC0-48h clin.trial. The primary objective of the trial was to determine the relative bioavailability of Х assessed by the AUC0-48h when Х was given by pulmonary inhalation compared with when Х was given as a subcutaneous injection. However the plasma concentration data did not allow for the estimation of AUC0-48h therefore AUC0- was used for the primary analysis instead.Подскажите, пожалуйста, как перевести "did not allow for the estimation"?
