"Anticipated Accrued Revenue Receivables" means Accrued Revenue Receivables that are as at the Portfolio Cut-off Time expected to be accrued on the Sale Date based on the assumption that all payments under the Loan Agreements are made in accordance with the terms of these Loan Agreements without any early repayments/redemptions;
