"Расходы по нотариальному оформлению настоящего договора аренды берет на себя Арендатор".
Расходы здесь немалые: справки ГорБТИ - .... руб, и нотариальное оформление
около .... руб.

только у нас сам договор называется Rent Contract
поэтому напишу так:

bear - сочетается с expenses, поэтому pay лучше.
Если это договор, тогда лучше shall.
Если нет, то я бы оставил responsibility as a figure of speech.
It is/will be the Renter's responsibility to pay
