cкажите можно ли перевести "face relationships" как "должностные отношения"?

Here is the sentence: " Face relationships are prescribed for discourse among members or between members and outsiders"

А не кажется ли Вам, что face relationships с точки зрения языка неверный вариант? Я знаю, что есть такое выражение как face-to-face relationships - очное/ прямое общение/ контакт.
