Subject: Пункт Соглашения Уважаемые коллеги,Пожалуйста, подскажите, как лучше перевести приведенный ниже абзац на русский язык? The obligations, agreements, indemnities, representations and warranties contained in this Agreement shall not be affected by, shall survive and shall continue in effect following, the execution and delivery of this Agreement, and shall be and continue in effect notwithstanding any investigation made by other Party or any waiver of compliance with any of the terms, provisions or conditions of this Agreement.
