My two cents:
The Leasing Company shall turn the vehicles withdrawn from the state registration over to the Distributor. The option package type of the vehicles should not be lower than that of the originally purchased vehicles.

Leasing Company должно быть без артикля, дистрибьютор же у вас без него =)
