Помогите, пожалуйста, разобраться c организационныхединиц международной компании:

divisions - business units - operational areas - (operational) sites

sites - предприятия

divisions/business units - на сайте компании дают только один вариант подразделения, но если в документе они постоянно даются вместе?

Operational area - направление???

Each division or business unit has its own global quality unit responsible for supervision of the quality units at its worldwide operational sites.

The responsibility for administration and maintenance of the quality manuals is with the global and operational quality units of the respective Division/BU/operational area.

The corporate manual owners have to ensure that their manuals contain all the modules/IGs that are applicable to their operational areas.

Translation of the system concept into operational processes, procedures and standards, is achieved via a series of quality manuals, each one configured for a defined operational area

И исходя из этого, еще один вопрос:
corporate quality manuals - (обще)корпоративное руковдство по обеспечению качества
operational quality manuals - оставить "операционное руководство.."?
