По ходу в д-те нет этого Приложения, но далее следует такой текст: All Equipment and materials supplied by Contractor as specified in Annex XXX of this Contract regardless of country of manufacture of location of manufacture shall be subjected to Inspection and necessary test and shall be certified for quality by the manufacturer. The Owner shall not accept any of Contract Equipment or Material which has not been certified for quality, conformity to the respected standards by IIA (Independent Inspection Agency) if they are subjected to be inspected by IIA. |

delta Ну, вот я и заплутал в трех соснах. На Лингво мне даже "орган экспертизы" предложили среди прочего. На самом деле, я пока написал "Независимый контрольный орган" Так что мы пока с Вами мыслим почти одинаково. |
