помогите, пжлста:
Работник несет материальную ответственность как за прямой действительный ущерб, непосредственно причиненный им Работодателю, так и за ущерб, возникший у Работодателя в результате возмещения им ущерба иным лицам.

вот мои жалкие потуги:
The Employee is liable both for the direct damage caused by him to the Employer and for any other injury arisen at the Employer due to damages recovery paid to others.
(ах, все это плохо, плохо! ...)
