помогите перевести словосочетание confirmed value в следующем контексте:

The customer has to have a diagnostic repair order (undertaken by the workshop) carried out to confirm the initial valuation. The customer is charged R2000 for this, which is refunded if the deal goes ahead. This generates a confirmed value and for trade-ins it is therefore undertaken close to the point of delivery of the replacement vehicle (within 5 days or 500 kilometres).
