Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести выражение deposit a deed в следующем предложении из доверенности:

The Attorneys are empowered to making and submitting a claim for collection and payment of the Credit to the Debtor in the name or on behalf of the Beneficiary by depositing a deed or other form of claim and any further necessary documents, and to represent the Beneficiary in any phase and stage of the procedure in connection with the collection and payment of the Credit.

предоставлять сделки в особой письменной форме...?
