отчуждение третьим лицам

Не нравится мне что-то мой переовд... Не могли бы вы взглянуть?:

Продажа либо отчуждение иным образом доли или части доли в уставном капитале общества третьим лицам допускается с согласия не менее двух третей голосов участников общества, по цене указанной п.18.3 настоящего устава.

Sale or other alienation of a share of part thereof in the company’s charter capital to the third parties is allowed with consent of not less than two-thirds vote of the company members, at the price specified in clause 18.3 of this Charter.

Особенно интересует слово "отчуждение", "отчуждать" долю - alienation? alienate to the third parties? или disposal? dispose of to the third parties?

позволю предложить активную глагольную конструкцию, подлежащее только поставьте плиз:
.....may sell or otherwise dispose to third parties a share or part thereof in the charter capital of the company upon consent of at least thow thirds of the company's participants at the cost specified in Clause 18.3 hereof.

не нравится мне артикель перед third

....in favor of any third party - это, чтобы избавиться от артикля "the".
а вот "уставной капитал" я бы указал как "equity capital", т.к. из данного контекста не понятно, из чего он складывался - из денежных средств, акций, или как-то еще.
