В описании некоторых вакансий, относящихся к охране, безопасности, финансам, встретилось выражение:
Security and Safety: Bondable
В МТ перевода Bondable нет.

An insurance contract in which an agency guarantees payment to an employer in the event of unforeseen financial loss through the actions of an employee.

Many years ago I worked as a bookkeeper. I was bonded. I looked at this as the company's insurance that I would keep honest books and if not, the bonding company would reimburse the employer for the amount I might have stolen. Perfectly understandable.

Т.е. это вариант страховки работодателя от потерь по вине работника в сфере особого доступа к материальным ценностям. Существует ли конкретный русский термин или близкое понятие?

Какую формулировку стоит внести в словарь?
То что стоит, я не сомневаюсь.
Вариант:
Bondable - подлежащий распространению не него страхования (риска) проф. отв-сти ("гарантии лояльности"). ???
