Это явно битое предложение. Должно быть что-то вроде "The deal is for a total of [X] 155-seat MD-82 aircraft [to be delivered] by 1991 with option for a further 15 if the market warrants it" -- "Сделка предусматривает поставку [X] 155-местных самолетов MD-82 в период до 1991 года с опционом на дополнительные 15 в случае, если этого потребует рынок".
