LESSEE agrees to pay LESSOR'S invoices within 60 days after invoice date. LESSEE undertakes to pay late payment charge at 1.5% per month on the amount outstanding with effect from the relevant invoice date. In the event of any dispute concerning LESSOR'S invoices, LESSEE shall pay 90% of the amount invoiced by LESSOR, or the amount not in dispute, whichever is greater, upon demand, without prejudice to the rights of LESSOR or LESSEE to ultimately recover the correct balance due or amount overpaid.

Вообще ничего в голову не идет.. =(
Возможно, сумма, с которой согласен Арендатор, которую он оплатит без возражений.. а вот как сформулировать.. незнаю =(
