In 1995 I became the Manager of Clifton Hill Sports Centre until 1998. During this period I was selected to lead a marketing initiative called the ‘Customer Revolution’ which I personally designed and implemented at 47 facilities for approximately 500 staff across the UK. This project is now the accepted industry-standard for all UK leisure facilities. I also studied part-time from 1993 to 1995 for a BA in Business Management. Заранее спасибо!
