Уважаемые, прошу вас проверить мой перевод этого параграфа.
В случае мотивированного отказа Принципала от приемки услуг им составляется перечень необходимых доработок и сроков их выполнения. Доработки по мотивированному отказу производится Агентом за свой счет при условии, что они не выходят за пределы Технического задания. Повторная приемка результатов оказания услуг после проведения доработок осуществляется в порядке, установленном для первоначальной сдачи- приемки.

А это мой перевод:Should the Principal provide the substantiated refusal to accept the services, the Principal is to make a list of action items with the dates within which these action items to be accomplished. The Agent shall take the actions specified in the substantiated refusal at its own expense provided that these actions are within frameworks of the Statement of Work. The same procedure as for the original acceptance shall be used for the next acceptance of services rendered which is effected after action items completion.

Once the extra works have been performed, the services shall be re-accepted in the manner prescribed for/applicable to the initial accepatnce.
