Bets are offered to the player/customer, based upon the occurrence of betting events, connected to sporting events, which are confirmed, prior to the conclusion of a contract, by XXX, and which are accepted and retained by XXX

Не могу понять, к чему относится which - к bets? К sporting events, думаю не относится, т.к. вторая часть - which are accepted and retained by XXX явно относится к ставкам, которые принимаются и фиксируются компанией XXX
Также подскажите, пожалуйста, prior to the conclusion относится - игроку предлагается сделать ставки до заключения договора ?
