In addition, each Additional Limited Partner shall on admission to the Partnership (or on increase in its Commitment) after the First Closing Date pay to the Partnership an additional sum (the Additional Payment) equivalent to interest on the amount of the Contribution which it is required to pay pursuant to Clause 3.4(c), at a rate equal to 8% per annum, compounded annually on the average daily balance of such Contribution, which sum shall accrue from the date or dates upon which such Contribution would have been payable had it been a Limited Partner in the Partnership on the First Closing Date up to the date of its admission to the Partnership or increase in Commitment.
