– Open the box at the marked lines
– Remove one pouch from the box
– Open the pouch at the chevron end, without touching the instrument
• Scrub nurse:
– Pick the instrument out of the pouch
– Carefully remove the protection cap, without touching the instrument tip.
Examine the instrument for damage.
Подскажите, пожалуйста, как здесь перевести "Pics", "Circulator" ,"pouch" и "chevron end".

к сожалению, у меня тоже такое впечатление, картинок нет,
может есть хоть какие-то варианты???

pouch - упаковка (пакетик)
chevron end - сторона, которую нужно разорвать (с зазубринами)
Circulator - носитель инфекции (может, если он сам себя обслуживает?, если, конечно он членовредитель:) - скорее всего - самая младшая медсестра, т.е. одна вскрывает упаковку, другая вытаскивает и подает хрургу, который и втыкает его в глаз:)
Pics - может захват какой или крючок
