again, i would advise against translating the russian line item word for word. there differences in mentality and approach come into play. russian line items r always wordy, while english ones tend to be shorter. so, with that in mind, i'd say something like, paid leaves. again, this is very versatile, and could include annual leave, maternity leave, scheduled sick leave, bereavement leave, military leave, jury duty leave, to cut a long story short, pretty much anything under the sun. and that's exactly the beauty of it.

there's paid leave, which includes everything, as Kornet just said. there's also 'vacation time', 'personal days'. 'time off' and 'paid time off' also include everything.
