However, forming an independed company is a different matter. у нас вроде это зовется "выделением" учреждение нового АО путем выделения. "Фирмы" не "создаются". Создаются юридические лица. "Фирма" - не ю.л. Путем "отделения" в праве не создается вообще ничего. "Создаются" так обычно головастики. Юрий дело говорит. ЕГО имеет смысл слушать. |
