Subject: проверьте поджалуста!!! :) При этом,хотели бы проконсультироваться по следующему вопросу :мы подготовили отчет по данному несчастному случаю,но данный случай не включен в перечень серьезных происшествий. Если в перечене нет описания подобных случаев, надо ли на такие случаи готовить отчетную форму? Мой перевод : We herein are referring to you because we need your opinion on the following question: We made a report on the present accident but the present case is not in the list of major incidents. Thus, shall we make a report form on cases not included in the list? |

option to consider: Meanwhile/thereat, we would like to discuss the following matter: we generated a report on the above casualty, but it (casualty) is not identified as serious as per the List of Major Accidents. Thus, is it required to report on such cases, if the List lacks their description? |
