1. We confirm that:

(i) all amounts that are, or may become, payable by the Borrower; and/or

Ну... просто выделили бы непонятное, чтоб знать от чего отталкиваться... Вам непонятно в отрывке все или все-таки есть какие-то смущающие моменты?:)
Просто сидеть и переводить абзац, проверяя его, как-то... Работка все же. А контекст - не всегда целый абзац... Порой достаточно предыдущего и последующего предложения... ИМХО)
