The Guarantor shall bear joint responsibility together with the Seller towards the Supplier for due execution of the responsibilities of the Seller under the Contract of Supply specified in Cl. 1 hereunder, including in the event of the Seller’s non-performance of its responsibilities under the Contract of Supply, repayment of the principal or its part, payment of penalties specified in the Contract of Supply and reimbursements of costs of debt recovery and other expenses of the Supplier related to non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the Buyer’s obligations under the Contract of Supply.
