Акционер должен подать уведомление.
Срок подачи уведомления отсчитывается так: берется дата годового собрания акционеров в прошлом году, от нее отсчитывается год - получается "anniversary". Самый поздний срок подачи уведомления - окончание рабочего дня за 90 дней до anniversary. Самый ранний - окончание рабочего дня за 120 дней до anniversary. Уведомление должно быть подано секретарю в главном офисе корпорации (Не думайте, что offices здесь множественное число).
