Помогите, пожалуйста, с переводом следующего предложения:
This MEL [Minimum Equipment List] takes into consideration IATC particular Aeroplane equipment, configuration and operational conditions, routes being flown and requirements set by the appropriate Authority.
Что здесь значит "IATC particular"? Даже если это опечатка и имеется в виду "IATA particular", все равно не понимаю, зачем эта аббревиатура в предложении:(
