On 16 February 2008 the Government adopted Resolution No. 87 approving the requirements to the contents of design documentation.

The Resolution introduces requirements for the contents of design documentation prepared for (i) different types of capital construction facilities (industrial or residential buildings, constructions and facilities and linear facilities; and (ii) certain stages of construction, reconstruction and capital repair.

The Resolution entered into force on 5 March 2008. The requirements for the contents of design documentation prepared for specific types of facilities/ at different stages of construction approved by the Resolution will enter into force as of 1 July 2008.
