Что-то не могу понять смысл discharge в отношении security:

The security hereby created shall not be discharged and the rights of the Assignee hereunder shall not be affected by: (A) the insolvency, bankruptcy, winding up...
и далее в этом же пункте
(E) any other act, omission, event or circumstance which {apart from this provision) would or might constitute a legal or equitable defence for or discharge of the security hereby created.

Можно ли в данном случае сказать, что обеспечение "освобождается"?
