push interface, pull interface

Коллеги, подскажите, как по-русски "push interface" и "pull interface"? Смысл понимаю, но необходим точный термин.

Контекст:
The interface operates as a push interface – Access will update CRM with the result as soon as it is available.

The interface operates as a pull interface – CRM will request the update from Access whenever the CRM quotation is opened.

(Сам документ - описание процедуры обработки заказов в некоей компании.)
