Здраствуйте! Не даёт мне покоя только одно слово в этом предложении in recourse, подскажите, пожалуйста, если знаете)

with respect to the Existing Shareholder, any rights of any Finance Party to enforce the Existing Shareholder's obligations as guarantor pursuant to this Clause 15 against assets of the Existing Shareholder shall, with respect to any shares held by the Existing Shareholder in ABC, be limited in recourse to the shares pledged to the Agent pursuant to the ABC Pledge during the ABC Period, but without prejudice to enforcement of the rights of any Finance Party against any other asset of the Guarantor including its shares in the Company as pledged to the Agent pursuant to the Transaction Security Document at paragraph (a) of its definition.

Я тоже об этом думала... по-моему, не бьётся... сугубо имхо:
... в отношении акций АВС ограничиваются обращением взыскания на акции, переданные Агенту в залог по Договору Залога АВС...
