have paid all termination fees, costs and expenses to which the Bank may have

USD 500,000) and shall have delivered to the Purchaser satisfactory evidence
of such termination;

Банк выполнил все условия по Мандату?
и что это за termination fees..
не знаю в чем суть этих Мандатов, выдаваемых МФК, поэтому сложно..
